We will provide you with a full or partial credit for any order to the extent that it fails to meet our quality standards, as shown by proof acceptable to us in our sole discretion, provided that such failure is not the result of any act or omission of you or any third party, and further provided that you have otherwise complied with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, including but not limited to the following:

 

BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENTS SO THAT ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFRIGERATED IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY.
